This is our first time visiting an Aspen Clinic and the experience was fantastic. The staff were professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. We’ve been going to the dentist every six months for our entire lives and today, we learned things we never knew before about our dental care! This entire team is definitely a FIVE STAR team and we highly recommend them!

I went into Aspen Dental ready to have all my teeth pulled, but the team there took the time to look at my situation and actually came up with a plan to save my teeth instead. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service was professional, friendly, and they really cared about helping me, not just rushing me through. I’m really thankful I went there they gave me hope when I thought it was too late. Highly recommend!

Everything went well, the only reason I gave a 4 star review is because when I scheduled I specifically said I wanted to schedule a cleaning and xrays and of course I would expect an exam to go along with that. I did not state that I wanted an exam too.nI asked how much the cleaning was and then I asked how much the xrays were. They asked me if i had insurance and I said no. The lady said i will apply a coupon and it will be free which led me to believe my cleaning and xrays would be free this time. Anyways, when I got there, I got my xrays, treatment plan and an explanation of the price for everything. Also, I got an offer to help finance everything that I wanted done. However, they did not clean my teeth. They stated that they are scheduling pretty far out and I could be put on a call list. I think anyone who is scheduling a cleaning would expect to have it done the day they schedule. I believe that the person scheduling new patients should inform the patient about how the process goes and tell them that they will not be able to complete a cleaning for them for several months. Also, I think when telling someone you are applying a coupon and it will be free you should be specific about what the coupon covers. They are still charging me for the cleaning even though the way they said it sounded like cleaning and xrays would be free to me this time. I have worked in the dental field in the past for 7 years and I currently work at a doctor's office and we try not to say things that are misleading to our patients. It leads to mistrust. I am going to go ahead with the plan and see what happens with what I opted to treat right now because I know a few people who have gotten work done at this location in the past and have good results, but I am also going to be on guard and paying attention to decide whether I will finish the rest of my treatment there and if I will recommend others.
