Above and beyondnWas there yesterday had a problem with insurance, Rachael was top notch. She took so much time helping me. Im a senior citizen and technology is well just a pain in the neck. She got everything straightened out and helped with matters she certainly did not have to.nThe doc was so kind so patient and just wanted me to be happy with the work she was doing.nThe assistant was also very comforting and helpful . Im sorry I dont remember her name but she was appreciated.nGotta tell ya this is the one appointment everyone dreads.nThis is why you should go here, seriously great crew. They took great care of me and they will take great care of you.

Changed dentist to Autumn, very glad I did. Staff were all very nice. The hygienist kept asking if I was Ok during the cleaning. She wanted to make sure I was in no pain, which I was not. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I came into Autumn Dental after such an unbelievable dental nightmare at another dental practice. I cant even begin to explain the level of comfort I felt immediately. I have EXTREME dental anxiety, and they made me feel comfortable, heard, and believed. Dr. Sajjad was so careful with me in my situation and especially considering I had been having extreme sensitivity. She was patient and more kind than I expected or feel I deserve. She took the time to really make sure I was comfortable. The work she did is absolutely beautiful, too. I'm so thankful for all the wonderful people in this office and especially for Dr. Sajjad. I honestly haven't felt comfortable in a dentist's chair in 20 years (no exaggeration) until I came here. I honestly for the first time in my life feel eager to work with a dentist.

It was great. Very nice. I enjoyed meeting them.I have humana insurance. 2500.00 I am glad they take it . And I have Ameritas.$2000.00 insurance. It should cover most of my bill. They were great. I will tell people about them. I recommend them to anybody.

My hygienist was pleasant, very gentle with cleaning and knowledgeable. My dentist was personable, thorough with the exam and well informed with my oral plan. It is actually enjoyable to go to the dentist! 😃
