My hygienist is Brandie. She’s also like my therapist. She great. They give you options on how to improve on teeth health and appearance. But they don’t pressure any sales. Pretty straight forward and I feel comfortable being straight forward with them. The front desk people are also polite and courteous. I would recommend this practice.

I’m only on my second appointment here this month and already couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everyone from the receptionists, hygienists, payments/billing, and Dr Langdon approach every step with empathy, kindness, and professionalism. As someone with severe dental anxiety they have made this process so easy to where now I’m looking forward to my next services because I know they’ll do it right and with kindness. Past dentists I’ve had have over diagnosed with things to get money from referrals to other specialists and this is the first place to be honest and upfront and give you all information you need to prepare mentally and financially for each appointment. The services have been pain free and have turned past tears in the dentist chair to giggles and complete comfort. Y’all are the best 💕

I just had my first visit at Cascade Dental Care this week, and was pleasantly surprised at how extra well it went. My hygienist made me feel very comfortable, and had a really great attitude & sense of humor. The music station + the ceiling hanging visual - was helpful to me personally, to not feel as anxious. That, plus the hygienist/staff really helped me out generally, in my own stressful times. I didn't even feel judged or guilted too much -- as a lot of dental staffs tend to do. Couldn't have gone better. They had a 'can do' approach too, which helps me in my at-home time.
