I am not one to be easily impressed. But I absolutely love this office. Dr. Brose is great. The assitants and hygenists are great. The people who work up front are great. They are transparent, they use modern equipment and tech, and scheduling is easy. The dental plan offered at my current employer limits me to using one dental practice, which just so happened to be Chestnut Hills McCandless. I remember being really worried about that. But honestly it's turned out to be a major positive, as I couldn't be happier. I wish every dentist office was this well run.

I am lucky to be able to say that in my life's final chapter(but prior to the appendix) I have found the ultimate experts. Dr. Haley Brose elicits confidence and trust within me because of her skill and also her thoughtful and informed diagnoses and treatment strategies. Also, her entire staff is amazing! It would be wrong for me to expect no discomfort at all while in the patient's chair; but Dr. Brose and staff prepare me well prior to and during the procedure. They are sensitive and anticipate my need for little pauses from time to time. And one more thing: months ago when my permanent crown arrived, Dr. Brose, applying perfectly prepared cement, set the crown in place with such precision that no repositioning or filing was needed. The first try was all it took to get me on my way!
