I had a fantastic experience at Christie Dental at Paddock Park! The clinic has a wonderfully welcoming ambience, making it a genuinely nice and comfortable place to visit. Their patient care is top-notch, and the entire staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional.nI was especially impressed by their administrative team. They provide a very thorough review of your insurance benefits, and the staff goes out of their way to double-check claims and keep you updated.nHowever, as a helpful tip to future patients: I highly recommend that you also double-check with your own insurance provider to ensure they will rightly honor your claims. While the Christie Dental team does a great job checking on their end, if your insurance company rejects a claim after the treatment is already done, there isn't much the clinic can do about it. I felt so welcomed.nBenji, the receptionist was so sweet and funny!nTyra, I believe she was the dental assistant. She was wonderful too! Marilyn was my dental hygienist. She was so great! Everyone did a great job and made me feel comfortable and like I was part of the family.nDr. Nivedita was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything well and easy for me to understand.nShyanna did my checkout process. She was very kind as well. I hope I remembered everyone’s names that I came into contact with today. I have anxiety when going to the dentist because of previous bad experiences. This office completely changed my mind. All of the staff were extremely caring, made me feel safe, and walked me through everything so I wasn’t left with questions or worried about what was being done. Des was an incredible Hygienist assistant and made me feel like I’ve known her my whole life. The atmosphere, the beautiful location and amazing staff made me excited about taking care of my dental health. Thank you!!!

First time patient & they still squeezed me in for an emergency tooth extraction the same day as I was in such tremendous pain. Dr.Panchal is excellent & thorough, with great people skills. Eve, whom assisted him made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!
