I recently had an SRP procedure performed by Amber. She explained in detail both the need for the procedure as well as the process itself. The entire procedure was about an hour in duration during which I experienced no pain and was very comfortable. Amber notified me of each step and checked to ensure I was doing fine. She and the entire staff at Cincinnati Dental Services in Fairfield were very professional yet very polite. Amber provided clear instructions for after care (including a print-out) as well as proper general oral hygiene best practices. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I had one incident but it was with the on call staff not the staff in the office. Everyone inside the office is fabulous. The corporate team really needs to look into the on call answering service. They could use some training on empathy and customer service. Once the office found out my needs, everything was handled.

Mary did a great job with my daughter and had fun with the appointment. Highly recommend this office! Great staff, everyone was pleasant

Scheduling was very easy. Friendly staff at every position. Knowledgeable and caring about your comfort. I had one filling done with no pain from the injection through the filling procedure.nI can't speak on their cleaning due to myself needing periodontal care.nWould definitely recommend their services
