Hands down 10/10 recommend! I had the best experience with the entire team at Citrus Falls dental from the front desk, to my dental assistant Jennifer, hygienist Brianna and Dr. Rainwater. Everyone was exceptionally kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I was squeezed in same day for a toothache as a new patient and Brianna was kind enough to squeeze me in for a routine cleaning after my dental exam. She totally did not have to do this, but she did it anyway to prevent me from waiting another month to have my teeth cleaned. All of my concerns were addressed during this visit and estimates were provided BEFORE services to ensure I felt comfortable proceeding financially. Do not hesitate and BOOK NOW!!

Because of a debilitating, irrational fear that began more than 40 years ago, I haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. I know, but I really was terrified. I knew about Citrus Falls because it was on my walking route and it was one of the places that popped up during a Google search. So, when the pain from a cracked tooth became too much I made an appointment. That part was super easy, as I was able to do everything online, including giving insurance information and telling them about my reservations.nThe visit itself was a good one. From the start Jennifer made sure that I was comfortable, even telling me at one point that I controlled the visit. They would go at my pace. That calmed me down greatly and the visit proceded nicely from there. I saw Dr Rainwater, who was also very comforting as she explained the plan. I also wanted to mention Donna, who was very patient as she took xrays of my entire mouth.nI know I sound weak and somewhat crazy, but no one at Citrus Falls made me feel that way.nDr Rainwater put together a plan for me, including pricing. And there is Nitrous Oxcide.nnI cannot tell you how much I appreciate everything they did.

I’ve been going here for many many years and they’re always excellent! My care is always well done and the hygienist does a wonderful job on my cleanings. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the office there was a calm peaceful environment in place. That was helpful. Very nice place. Everyone awesome. Dr. Moffattis wonderful. They have been open for 20 years at that location. Kids and adults will feel very at ease there. When you walk in there Mickey and Minnie dolls. There is a room where kids can play actual video arcade games for free. Every room has different theme, Disney,Colorado etc. and of course more importantly, state of the art dental equipment.
