Dr Hightower and her team are kind, caring and professional. We are so fortunate to have her as our dentist. She is a good communicator and very patient. I am in my 6th week of Invisalign and am astonished at how fast my teeth have moved. After one week of treatment I noticed a difference in my bite. I’m so pleased with the treatment. After having dealt with two other local dentists that were more focused on upselling and struggled to bill insurance effectively, this office demonstrates what patient care should look like. They listen, they're efficient on all fronts, and they provide stellar service across the board.

We sort of overwhelmed the practice I think with 3 new patients coming in from our family alone. My periodontal issues trumpeting the way. They’ve done a good job recognizing my daughter for referring us here. Very happy with Christine, my exceptional hygienist, and Dr. Hightower, who is very personable and I have confidence in her pending treatment plan. Was surprised my bill was $156 for the day. I was going to have to pay for occupying a chair for 2 hours. The line item provided on receipt showed many services performed as complimentary, as I am a new patient. And I understand the need to get things moving right away. I guess there is no active process in place to transfer records electronically when you move to a new dental provider. The robust and exhaustive registration form, filled out over a week prior to my appointment, should have had the ability to immediately request most recent records be transferred from transferring office. Would save on in / out office time. Exposure to more x-rays might be avoided.
