I love going to this office! It is very close to my house and convenient since it is located in the Lowes food shopping plaza. Diana, at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling. She listened to my needs and was even able to schedule my husband for an appointment. I enjoy all the hygenists there. They do a great job cleaning your teeth and get you in and out so you can be as productive as you need to be with your day. Dr Nugent is very sweet and you always walk away with a souvenir bag containing your dental essentials like floss, sensitive toothpaste and a toothbrush. Little River Dental-It will definitely make you smile!

I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Spencer and her assistant Katie. They were so kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable. They explained everything clearly, and I'm thankful I chose this office.

The doctor and her assistant that replaced my crown with a temporary and fixed my filling that fell out were the best team that I had ever worked with! Working as a team they made a what could have been an unpleasant very pleasing. I can’t wait to go back for my permanent. Their demeanor was extremely calming.

Went for the first time yesterday and I must say it was amazing. One of the first times I've gone to any Dr, dentist, or optometrist and felt like the appt time meant something. They took me back 2 mins before my appt time. I had Cheyenne and she was so personable and incredible. She made me feel so comfortable and at home, consistently checking with me to make sure she wasn't hurting me. First time I had been to the dentist on a while and she didn't make me feel bad about that, just sweet and professional and efficient. Never felt rushed but felt like they respected my time. Honestly the best experience I may have ever had at a dentist office. This office is definitely my family's dentist now.
