Dental Care of Prince Frederick is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. Dr. Gaughan is professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort and long-term dental health. You never feel rushed, and everything is explained clearly, which makes a huge difference.nnEva, the office manager, truly goes above and beyond. She works incredibly hard to make sure patients are taken care of, scheduling runs smoothly, and concerns are handled with patience and professionalism. Her dedication to improving the patient experience does not go unnoticed, and she is a huge asset to this practice.nnI also want to point out that some of the 1-star reviews you may see don’t reflect the quality of care here. Unfortunately, a few negative reviews appear to stem from frustration over cancellation fees after repeatedly canceling appointments, which is standard policy in many medical offices. It’s disappointing that this frustration has led to personal and inappropriate attacks toward Eva, including body-shaming, and even what seems like repeated complaints from multiple accounts saying the same thing. Like seriously let's all try to act like adults, I know it's harder for some than others. Just goes to show who has class and who doesn't.nnIf you’re looking for a dental office that is fair, professional, and genuinely cares about its patients, Dental Care of Prince Frederick is an excellent choice. I highly recommend Dr. Gaughan and her entire team.

What a great dental office! I switched years ago from Tidewater Dental after many issues and am so happy I did! The staff is so pleasant, professional, and helpful. The hygienists are great, and Dr. Gaughan is a great dentist! She identified an issue that no other dentist in the area did. If you are looking for a new dental office visit this one!

Dr. Gaughan is hands down the best dentist in Prince Frederick. She recently helped me with a procedure and the results were perfect—she has a great eye for detail and an amazing chairside manner. The office staff is professional and efficient, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. It’s clear that Dr. Gaughan and her team prioritize high-quality care and patient satisfaction. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Gaughan and her team are amazing! She is gentle, professional and listens to my needs.nI can’t help but notice recent bullying reviews and attacking specific individuals and body shaming as well. I hope that individual finds some peace and can move on. I have been to doctors and offices that I am unhappy with as well. Share the feedback - that’s always important. But malicious attacks are unnecessary and do not help anyone at all, and I couldn’t not speak up in regards to this.

Very comfortable environment. The ladies who work here go out of their way to ensure the visit is pleasant and not scary! After a couple of bad dental visits in the past, this office was a breath of fresh air! Dr. Gaughn is sweet and kind, and the hygienists ask you what you would like to do before they perform the work.nnThis was an overall great experience for me, and I hope to return soon!!
