My husband, our four Children and Myself all go here. I like that they are able to do everything on site without referring out to a different office. Very convenient.nnThe environment is very nice and comfortable I’d almost describe it as upscale. But kid friendly as well. They even have a little fridge with water bottles in the waiting room.nnThe staff are so unbelievably kind. My two year old had to go in yesterday to have a lip tie cut and they made the experience so comfortable for her. They are all fantastic. My older son has sensory issues and I love how while I was making the appointment the made a point to specifically ask if anyone had these issues so they could make accommodations for him. That is a huge plus.nnI’d highly recommend anyone I know to go here for their dental needs. Absolutely wonderful people in a wonderful office.

From the warm friendly greeting as I walked in the door to the great care by the star of stars there, Ann, everything is exemplary. I have a history of bad experiences with dentists throughout my life but here they have shown nothing less than professionalism while at the same time an extreme amount of care and concern. Never rushed. Always explained. Always considerate and a blessing. Truly appreciate the people here. God bless you all.

The dental group of Springfield was absolutely fabulous to work with. First visit here they were great with all 3 of my kids. And the one prone to getting cavities they explained what it might be from and gave us a solution instead of saying your kid should not eat anything with sugar. I appreciate their patience and kindness to my kiddos.

The staff and doctor were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor examined my situation and explained in detail the proper path forward to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. The staff explained in detail the costs associated with the procedure and asked if I had any questions. I would highly recommend the Dental Group of Springfield to all of my family, friends and to those looking for a dentist.

Jakob and Dr. Cheng were both amazing and efficient. I paid out of pocket and it didnt break the bank. The entire staff were very sweet and kind to me from the moment i walked in. 10/10 recommend. It was suppose to be just a consultation for my wisdom teeth turned into pulling one the same.
