I needed an immediate tooth extraction for a tooth that had a bad infection. The staff was amazing! Sara at the front desk took all my information and was very responsive with communication to make sure the doctor was able to help my case (it was more complicated than a regular tooth extraction). They got me in same day on a Friday as I was leaving on Sunday for vacation. When I got there the assistant Tiffany made me feel so comfortable with great conversation. Dr Gouba (?, sorry if that is spelled wrong) went over everything in detail. The tooth didn't come out as easily as we all would have liked but he was so kind and gentle as possible! They gave me breaks anytime I needed it too! Needless to say my entire family will be making the switch over! Thank you for caring for me and being so empathetic to how upset I was to have it pulled to begin with. 5 stars to the entire staff! Thank you

If I could split the stars - front desk vs. dental staff, I would give the following:nnFront Office - 1 starnDental Staff (dentists, hygenists, etc) - 5 starsnnDr P is amazing. He is EXTREMELY thorough when it comes to exams. He has a very calm demeanor which makes this nervous nelly much more relaxed. When there are issues, he explains all options to help his patients make the best decisions. His hygenists and dental assistants follow his lead. You will receive excellent care from the dental staff.nnOffice Staff - 1 Star (and that is being gracious)nnI made an appointment, got a text message confirming said appointment, got another text asking for updated insurance for said appointment - arrived for appointment and NO appointment.nI received a call later that same day saying there were server issues and some how my appointment got cancelled. The was it was explained, nothing made sense as to why there was no appointment. Arrived for new (rescheduled appointment). Finished said appointment and was supposed to get a call that afternoon to figure out a date for a return visit, as well as pricing for next visit (extraction) and set up cleaning. Still have not received that call.

I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn't get me in for 5 days. I called Fox Lake Dentistry and they got me in the next day, even though I had never been there. Not only did they fix my front broken tooth, they took a little extra time to file my teeth around it to make them even. It looks so nice. I am so impressed on the dental service and how well I was treated, that I have switched my care over to them. Friendly staff and friendly dentist. I felt that they really cared.

Dr. P and his team are friendly, patient and polite. I have rare allergies with anesthesia and pain alleviating drugs. So I had to get the filling done without administering any medication. Dr. P did an amazing work. YES, HE DID THE FILLING WITHOUT NUMBING MY GUMS.nHe even did my crown which looks just like original denture. I have been seeing him for 4 years now. We even moved from Volo to Lake Villa and I still drive to this place for dental work. Sometimes the office gets too busy and you might end up waiting for some time. The office and the waiting rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing.
