The staff is very personable but in a professional manner. It's hard to find it dentist office where you feel comfortable and appreciated for choosing them. The staff is very good at breaking down what could be done what should be done and the cost based off of your insurance and out of pocket it's hard to find that anywhere else. The doctor is very clear and polite on what he's going to do so that way you understand the whole procedure. He gives options and works with his team and his deathly highly respected in the office by his staff. I have been to many dentist offices due to the issues I have with my teeth and moving and I've never found one as good as this. I have been recommending this place since the first time I stopped there. There hasn't been one person I have an appreciated there thank you for making a not so good procedure be comfortable while maintaining an amazing atmosphere. The cost is also been in my range for the quality work..

They got me in right before holidays. Cared about my sensitive reflexes and were patient and kind. We went over treatment plan. And I felt I had agency instead of pushed into things like I have elsewhere that lead to this. Great place. Can't wait to start treatment.

Office staff, dental technicians, and financial office were all competent and very helpful. The office was clean. I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Osmun explains my dental situation thoroughly and presented options for my to consider. My dental extraction surgery was handled professionally and most importantly, without pain. Throughout the entire visit, Dr. Osmun worked very hard to maintain a friendly manner designed to make me feel welcome and comfort my concerns while at the same time handling the situation in a highly professional and thorough manner. I suspect I maybe the exception that proves the rule, but I felt no pain in the post extraction period despite having at my fingers two pain medications he had prescribed.

I learned I needed. to have an upper denture so all my upper teeth were to be pulled at the same time. I was terrified. I had .very bad experiences before with other dentists which I shared with Dr Osmund. I can’t say it was fun but it was a good experience. I felt sure that I was receiving the best care possible. Things moved along quickly which left no time to be worried. I felt secure and comfortable. Everyone involved in my care was friendly and respectful dealing with my phobia . I never felt hurried and everyone from the receptionist to the cashier at the end was very efficient and caring. Gentle Dental gets my seal of approval, a rating of 10 and. MY THANKS.n.
