This was my second time with using this dental office and I was very impressed with the atmosphere. All the ladies at the desk had wonderful personalities! Dr. Santiago was very friendly and had a great sense of humor as well as Destiny. The only thing that I could say about the experience was that I had spoken with Dr. Santiago and asked if he would sign my kidney transplant paperwork for Banner as I have to meet certain requirements before considering me for it. He agreed to do so the first time and when I came back and had showed him the paperwork that Banner did with the scan of my mandible as I didn’t understand the terms and I thought it would be helpful to get all the things addressed and continue coming back to this location as again it’s a pleasant place. He didn’t seem to be interested anymore in doing so. I don’t want to keep looking for another dental place when this is close to my work and I read reviews , that’s why I chose this place. I still have to return and get my permanent crown and hope that there is no problems with my Transplant Coordinator contacting them as well. Again I apologize if this is redundant to some extent but I’ve been in Customer Service jobs for many years and people read reviews. This is a great place to come check out if you need dental work but maybe speak with them personally before to see if they can help you out with any paperwork for a kidney transplant.

My experience was exceptional!! The entire team played a big role in my comfortability and helped me get over some serious dental trauma. The office manager linda was welcoming and personable. The doctor Santiago was caring, Gental and HILARIOUS!. The dental assistant Destiny was attentive, compassionate and precise as well as the hygienist! Happy to say I found my dental care team to help me regain confidence in my smile.

They were amazing. We saw the orthodontist team and they actually realized my daughter had an allergy to the metal in her braces. We have seen two other orthodontist and they just told her she wasn’t taking care of them. They are welcoming and friendly and care allot about their patients. Thank you guys for a great experience.

After much discussion with another Dentist @ Gentle Dental months ago, I was told that the only way to have teeth that were missing or extracted due to cavities was with implants. For anyone that knows the price of implants, these are beyond the reach of something that I could afford, unless I would take out a loan. As a 68 year old man living on Social Security, I don’t need loans at my age. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I met a different Dentist at my appointment. He also talked about implants as well, but when I told him about affordability, he came up with a different plan !! It involved a new crown on one tooth, along with a bridge, and a floating tooth. I was ecstatic!!!!!!!! It definitely fit my price range, not to mention, that I would need the exact same procedure on the other side of my mouth . To able to chew food again as intended and be able to eat a good steak 🥩 again, is something I haven’t done in years without great difficulty. You will never know when a by chance encounter, can put a giant smile on your face 😊 !!!!!! This would have probably never happened, except for Gentle Dental. Thank you very much much !!!!

Very nice and very professional. Straight forward to make sure we were not waiting each others time. Only wish they told us before they used my insurance for full r rays that they do not do full implants. Nice office great people!
