Right yes my experience with the Dentist the receptionist Michelle was awesome. They are great and the gentleman that cleaned my teeth. Abraham was so gentle kind concerned and so was Michelle. They were so very helpful. I appreciate them very much thank you Helena. OK treatment we are doing the left side referrals. How do I do this now now that I’m done you want to? I’m not good at this. No worries.

This is the best place. If you need any help or advice they can help you. I have been coming here for 5 years since my mother had moved away and told me about a nice dental place to go, this is the place. Very helpful employees and quick response time.

This was my first visit here. I had a terrible toothache and they got me in the same day. I was super grateful for that. Michelle was my dental assistant and she was great. Really friendly and she kept the visit rolling. They don't do extractions here, so that was a bit disappointing. But , everyone was very nice and it didn't seem like they were trying to sell me every high priced procedure that they have. All in all a good visit and I will be returning for follow up procedures after my tooth is pulled.

Overall a good experience. We had cleanings for myself and kids. The hygienists are knowledgeable and always provide thorough cleanings. The dentist was also great, he was concise and gave us good overview of any concerns he had.nnThe feedback I have is about the check in process. I think you need to streamline it and use technology to your advantage. It felt really awkward standing in front of other people in line as I signed several consents on an invisible signature pad. I suggest a kiosk in the lobby, tablets, or an app that patients can use to check in. Or simply emailing the documents ahead of time for e-signature would be more efficient and private. When you ask me in front of others if I have new health conditions or medications I will not say that out loud, there’s this thing called HIPAA. I felt like there was no regard to protecting PHI in the front office. Overall, there were too many questions by the front staff, they need to shorten the talking part and just get us checked in. Don’t ask if I want the invoice before you even have the final treatments from the dentist, it was unnecessary and a waste of time.
