I first scheduled online after reading the reviews, and almost immediately received a call from the office to confirm my appointment and walk me through what they needed. I was able to fill out all the intake forms online, and when there was a hiccup with my insurance they followed up, double-checked everything, and got it sorted quickly. Their communication was very clear, and the automated text reminders for upcoming appointments are a huge help because my schedule is so busy.nnWhen I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. We even joked about the music playing, which happened to be from my high school era, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The tech assistant who did my x-rays was very friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up chatting about her daughter and Pokémon cards, which helped me relax a lot.nnThe dentist was thorough, kind, and very clear in explaining what she saw on my x-rays and what my treatment options were. I especially appreciated the detailed written treatment plan and cost estimate, broken down by phase with what insurance is expected to cover and what my portion would be. Everything felt professional, transparent, and efficient. I left with a clear plan, my next appointment booked, and the sense that my oral health is back on the right track. I’d definitely recommend this office.

First time patient and the service was awesome! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My X-rays were painless and My dentist Dr Prem and hygienist Chris were exceptional! Everyone checked in if I had any questions or needed deeper explanation. When I asked my dentist a question she happily took the time to make sure the answer was satisfactory! I have anxiety and my hygienist was thorough and kind during my cleaning. Making sure that I was comfortable and if I needed to take any breaks, which due to her style I did just fine.nnDefinitely check this place out!

At age 71, I've had my share of dental experiences. None has ever come close to the care and skill of this team! I had an infected molar extracted, a difficult procedure. But not at all painful (until the novocaine wears off!), and I know the job he did was first-rate. His assistant was equally skilled and attentive, and I felt in the best of hands the entire time.
