First time patient and the service was awesome! The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My X-rays were painless and My dentist Dr Prem and hygienist Chris were exceptional! Everyone checked in if I had any questions or needed deeper explanation. When I asked my dentist a question she happily took the time to make sure the answer was satisfactory! I have anxiety and my hygienist was thorough and kind during my cleaning. Making sure that I was comfortable and if I needed to take any breaks, which due to her style I did just fine.nnDefinitely check this place out!

At age 71, I've had my share of dental experiences. None has ever come close to the care and skill of this team! I had an infected molar extracted, a difficult procedure. But not at all painful (until the novocaine wears off!), and I know the job he did was first-rate. His assistant was equally skilled and attentive, and I felt in the best of hands the entire time.

Never a fan of the dentist. However the staff and the doctor during my visit were really kind and caring. They took the time to assuage any fears i had and explained the pre inspection through to the post consultation with explanations of all the issues and discussed what they found with potential solutions.nThey also created a quote of the breakdown of the costs and answered any medical or financial questions I had.nThey made the whole experience a good one. Better than i have had in the past with any other dentists. Good enough that I'm willing to start going to the dentist again. Thank you everyone at Mill Creek Gentle Dental!

Gentle dental Mill creek is a friendly, clean and welcoming environment. Dr Prem is one of the best and knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. The entire staff and setup is unique. Very time conscious. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I want to thank the entire team at the clinic, especially Dr. Chu’s assistant, Lilia. She is not only professional but also has a rare gift for making patients feel calm and supported. Her kind and reassuring presence made each visit much easier and less stressful.nnI also really appreciated that the front desk staff showed me the treatment costs in advance, with insurance taken into account — it’s honest and very convenient. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes; everything was very well organized and on time.nnAt my first visit, they took X-rays and created a detailed treatment plan.nDuring the second visit, I had a deep cleaning and a temporary crown placed — both were done perfectly. The tooth was only sore the first day.nAt the third visit, the permanent crown was replaced quickly and smoothly.nnUpdate:nDuring my first visit, I was given a treatment plan with estimated prices and was told I would be responsible for around 50% of the costs, which seemed manageable. However, after the procedures were completed, I received a much larger bill than expected.nnIt turns out the prices they gave me at the first appointment were not accurate at all, and I was never warned that things might change so drastically. I trusted their estimate and felt blindsided by the final amount. I believe patients deserve full transparency when it comes to pricing, especially in healthcare.nnThank you, Lilia and Dr. Chu, for your care and excellent work! However, I'm taking off one star for this precedent.
