Makayla is an amazing orthodontic treatment coordinator and truly exceptional at what she does. She is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and handles her responsibilities with professionalism and care. Even while clearly overworked, she managed to assist several patients efficiently and with a positive attitude.nDuring my visit, while another staff member was on the phone verifying a patient’s insurance (which should have been completed prior to the appointment),nHer ability to multitask while maintaining such a welcoming and supportive demeanor really stands out.
