Very Very Clean! The dental hygienist Arlene was very thorough. First time coming out of a dentist office mouth feeling very clean. I'm 67 years old now. Office is great I'll let you know what the expenses are before procedures are done. Very very friendly and easygoing office stuff! They made an appointment for me to have a broken tooth fixed within a week.nThank you Heron dental for everything!!!!nDarryl Hine

So good so far. Just became a new patient yesterday. Completed necessary paperwork, took several x-rays, discussed a possible dental plan, and set the date for the first phase of the plan. All of the employees there that I had contact with were friendly, and professional. Lisa was awesome and very knowledgeable about her job related responsibilities. Dr. Nicole was very nice and had a very calm and gentle demeanor. Again, so good so far. This is a very much needed action in my life. Keeping fingers crossed for minimal pain and suffering. lol

I pulled a crown out eating a piece of candy. I got the office recommendation reimbursed my neighbor. They were so nice to get me in the next day. They took xrays and checked the area where the crown was. We moved forward with getting a new crown. The temporary has been put in place and my mouth scanned for the new crown. It will be made and inserted in a couple weeks.nI am so pleased with this dental office. The dental assistants and the dentist are all young and so nice. They explain what they are going to do before they do it. I'm very impressed.
