After not going to the dentist for a while due to fear that develop after a horrible experience with another dental office I was recommended to Hickory Tree Dental. I must say that the staff there is amazing. Made me feel comfortable immediately. I felt that they took their time to listen to my concerns. As well as taking their time to explain to me what needed to be done in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend Hickory Tree Dental to anyone looking. My first visit to the office was very productive and pleasant. The staff were very courteous, friendly and punctual. The hygienist took care in educating me on their policies, making it clear on how and why they operate the way they do in the most understandable way. The doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and capable. I left feeling I was in good hands.

Yesterday I found myself needing urgent dental care. I was able to receive an appointment right away. I was assigned Dr. Orlando Rodrigues and this review is to tell you about the wonderful service I received. The dental need was complicated. Dr. Rodrigues and I discussed several approaches - none easy nor doable quickly. Dr. Rodrigues explained each thoroughly; we discussed the different procedures, and he listened to my input which I feel is the most important quality of all. He gave me his attention as well as excellent service. We settled on a plan and continued to finish up my visit with what I feel was a very complicated procedure. At all times, he was kind and caring. I always get good care but I had to write this because the care I got yesterday with this dentist was awesome. Thank you, Dr. Rodrigues...
