I recently had a filling fall out of my tooth and found Penn Premier Dental by chance and I am very glad I did. Everybody here has been so pleasant to work with!nnI decided to stop in for information / set up an appointment and to my surprise, they were able to take me back to examine the tooth that day. After my initial visit I was set up with an appointment, within the week, to get that filling taken care of. After the filling was taken care of I set up my new patient visit with the front desk staff. They were super helpful, kind, and very easy to work with! The paperwork was done on a tablet which made things really easy and they were even able to help me look up my insurance, as I did not have my insurance card on me.nnI just had my cleaning and full x-rays done today. My appointment started on time and the whole process was stress free. My hygienist was super kind, did a great job, and I didn't leave with a sore mouth like I have in the past elsewhere! Dr. Pyle was the dentist I saw (there are two dentists who practice here) and he went over everything with me after my cleaning. He was also the one who took care of my filling. Everything he went over with me was easy to understand and he has a great attitude as well! Highly recommend this place and I will be returning for as long as I am in the area.

Penn Premier Dental is hands-down the best dental experience I’ve had. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. The office runs smoothly, appointments are always on time, and the care is top-notch.

I like this place. There is not much waiting time. The place is clean, the technicians are nice and cordial. Dr. Madden is thorough. My only concern earlier and now is the billing procedure. I feel like it should be individual accounts and billing should be that way too, instead of a family account. That way mistakes could be avoided.

Dr. Pyle is so awesome. My 9 year old son was calm and fine throughout the whole process! Thank you!
