Before I even walked out of the place I was thinking this is a very good people business. Everyone who helped me gave a warm vibe. I was there for a bit of an emergency ... my fairly new bridge had fell out ... my dentist was out for the Memorial Day weekend. So my usuall dentist office made a call to this place and they got me in an hour later! I did have to fill out a fairly extensive questionnaire on a tablet that took some time. Once in the chair the tech took several xrays. The dentist evaluated the situation and we discussed the options ... she recommended a plan. One slightly awkward moment came when the business manager came in and reviewed the costs of what was coming. We were looking at $150 to reglue the bridge. Strangely the final bill came to $253 ... the bitewing x-ray was added. So that was weird ... $150 became $253. But overall the service was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and competent! At home I told family I'd highly recommend this place.

After recently moving to the area, I decided to try this dentist due to other reviews and being close to home. I’ll admit I haven’t gone to the dentist in a couple years. However, the staff here was so educating and kind, answering all my questions about my dental hygiene. They gave me good advice and suggestions. I used to have dental anxiety and Dr.L made me feel so comfortable with my procedure! I will definitely recommend them to others and feel good knowing I am in good hands for my future appointments!

Amazing and so friendly! My daughter broke her front teeth when she fell from a fainting episode. They were the only dental facility that I talked to that got us in the next morning first thing, and they were so genuine and caring. After scheduling the appointment with them, Tamika Reached out to me and made sure we had everything we needed in order. She was so kind and willing to help. The dentist himself was very kind and gentle , he made sure my daughter was taken care of and got her fitted with temporary crowns all in the same day! It was a long process and day , but we are so thankful for the staff at prairie Ridge Dental for the care that was provided.
