Had an excellent experience at this dental office as a new patient. The evaluation was incredibly thorough, and I really appreciated how comprehensive and attentive the dentist and staff were throughout the visit. The office itself is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and well organized. Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve had—highly recommend! 🦷

Overall this practice is kind, caring, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. I didn’t feel like a patient on a conveyor belt like I’ve felt at other places. The care started with the front desk and ended with the Dr. Al Chamma. The best part for me was the dental hygienist! Christine was so friendly, explained everything she was doing and why. It’s been years since I left the dentist feeling good and healthy.

Since finding Preserve Dental I've had great service. However my recent visit I noticed a change in staff. I'm not sure what was the cause for the change but the service I received was just ok. I didn't feel like the Doctor was familiar with my care plan. Services that were recommended to me in the past weren't even addressed during my last visit . Which made me realize that the doctor had not reviewed my file from my last visit. It now leads me to wonder is this just another office out just for monetary gain or to provide individual personalized service.
