Tiffany was especially helpful throughout the billing and insurance process and took the time to work with me when things became complicated with coverage! I really appreciated the communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. The staff are also incredibly kind and the procedure itself went very smoothly (S/O to Dr. Ike). My family is new to Preston Dental and we couldn't be happier with our first visit for our “special” adult daughter. Right off the bat, Hanna and Courtney were very responsive and helpful with last minute scheduling and prescriptions; always smiling and engaging. The cleaning with Sandya was professional, thorough, and gentle…again with a warm and friendly smile.nnI had some questions about the anesthetic that would be used and left a message for Dr. Ike to give me a call the day before the appointment. When he called later that day, he was very friendly and informative, compassionate, understood and addressed my concerns.nnDuring the appointment, he and Alexis were so calm and professional when dealing with a very frightened and emotional patient, specifically while administering the anesthetic. Once that was accomplished, the lovely Penny made an appearance and there were smiles all around! I had been seeing the same dentist for many years, but based on the rising costs, I needed to get a dentist that was in my insurance network.  After speaking with several reputable providers in the area, and based on my insurance and my expectations, I chose Preston Dental Center.  Dr. Greg Mayes and his staff of Dee, Courtney, and Hanna have confirmed that my choice was perfect.nnI went for my first visit and the entire team was great. Dr. Mayes was so easy to talk with and he had a treatment plan that day. With numerous crowns and bridges, I highly respected his recommendations and secured future appointments.nnWhile he was discussing his findings with me, and knowing that I wanted to save the tooth, Dee, Hanna, and Courtney were hard at work getting me an appointment with one of the best endodontist in Cary.nnFrom someone who is very involved in her health and dental health, I would highly recommend Preston Dental Center for you and your family's dental care.

I'm not a review-leaver, but good service deserves recognition. I've lived in the area for 20 years, and have gone through 3 dentists. I've been with Preston for a couple of years now and I'm not likely to switch again. The staff are great and the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
