My experience at Rivers Dental was exceptional! From the front desk receptionist, Registered Dental Assistant, to the doctor, Hastings Williams, all staff were completely personable and easy to communicate with throughout my visit. Dr. Williams was a good listener and took his time with me. He didn’t rush out to see another patient. Lots of laughter between me and the staff, and I could tell the staff gets along with each other from listening to their interactions. Curstyn Molloy is the best dental hygienist ever! She’s fresh out of school, yet anyone would believe she’s been doing this for years! I haven’t seen a dentist in awhile so Curstyn explained in great detail everything I needed to know about steps moving forward. She gave me options of how to be proactive at home getting my teeth back to a healthy state. She was sincerely kind and genuine. (Not just “nice” because it was a sunny day.) Dr Steere & Dr Williams have been attentive, professional, and they always make us feel that they have our best intentions at heart. Every tech has been wonderful and kept me and my children comfortable. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful. We love it here!

Was really impressed with this place! Entire staff was very personable and informational. They have really great, up-to-date technology. The hygienist was very good with my cleaning and x-rays. And I really liked that they have a small screen for you to look at while you were in the chair that rotates out different informational facts for oral health. Just from that I learned so much I didn't know. Highly recommend this place! And they even take my dhmo dental insurance.

This visit was the best experience of any to date. My hygienist was the nicest person and most careful. I hope that she can be my hygienist from this point forward. Exceptional service!
