First-time patient. I came in with a guard up because I didn't want anything extra and to make sure my insurance covered everything, after a bad experience with another dentist. I got a cleaning by Jenna. The best cleaning I ever had! She was fantastic! Took the time and went over everything. She answered all my questions and was so informative. I was impressed!! Thank you so much for a great experience!

I just had my first visit to shady brook dental and it was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. All of the staff was so nice from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the doctor. They explained everything they were doing in detail and took their timenTo answer my questions. I felt so comfortable being there and I don’t always feel comfortable at the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that has a fear of the dentist, they will for sure make you feel better.

The service here is always impeccable! They do a great job, and are even very kind to those of us who don’t always remember to floss (myself included). I’ve seen Jenna for my appointments multiple times now and she is excellent. I want to specifically highlight Jen and Jen at the front desk! As someone who recently turned 26 and has had a stressful and difficult time navigating the world of insurance, these two were extraordinarily helpful when I came in this morning with brand new information. They made the process quick, simple, and easy! And most importantly, they were so polite and kind and understanding. Truly lovely people from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, I highly recommend Shady Brook!

I’ve been going to this practice for at least 33 years. I’m satisfied with everyone that I’ve worked with there dental hygienist and dentists. They’re always pleasant and informative. Unfortunately I have had cavities that need to be filled but they are thorough with pain management during those procedures and I’ve never had a problem.

Adrienne was great. She got me right at my appointment time. She was friendly and made the cleaning process comfortable.
