The office Reno is beautiful, it’s more open and bright, also spacious. The convenience of a restroom right there in the office and not having to go down the hall using the community restroom is a big plus for me. The staff Is very professional and welcoming. They are also a very personable. I enjoyed my stay yesterday morning for my appointment very prompt as well even though I had to fill out paper work again, but I didn’t mind so I thanked them and I thank you for this survey.

My cleaning went great! My hygienist “Mo” Monique is thoughtful and caring. She knows that I’m sensitive to the cold water from the cavitron. She surprised me when she used warm water. I really appreciate the she went an extra step to have warm water available to ensure that I was comfortable. She gets all the stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Natasha takes time to greet you, explain your procedure, and introduce the staff that will provide the service. My dental hygienist was excellent! She gave me a very thorough cleaning with attention to detail. The new office layout has a larger waiting area the entire office looks great!
