I absolutely love going to Smith dental. From the moment you walk through their door your welcomed and greeted. I've worked in the dental industry for over 30 years and know a well managed, experienced team. Dr. Orr is my absolute favorite! He always has a story to share, is highly interested in his patients and treats conservatively and whats best for his patients. I highly recommend Smith Dental.

Our family just moved to Oregon two weeks ago. I knew I was due for a dental cleaning and needed to get established quickly. After lots of research, reading so many great reviews about this practice, I decided to visit Smith Dental's Aloha office. I was very impressed with the office and staff. Shayla was so kind and friendly as she took all my x-rays. Dr. Travis explained my dental health after careful evaluation. I went back today for a cleaning with Faith. She did a great job and explained everything as she worked. Her and Shayla were so welcoming to me, offering suggestions for places to visit and shop at since we're new to town. I'll be making appointments for the rest of my family.

Smith Dental was one of very few dentist clinics open on Friday’s. They responded the very next business day to my online appointment request. Got me in for my first appointment very quickly. They have always been very friendly and compassionate with me. I see Dr Eric Smith and he is a very amazing dentist. I told him how I wanted to do my treatment plan, why I wanted to do it my way and he didn’t fight me about it. He suggested a few changes but the changes he suggested turned what would have been at least 5 appointments in to 3 appointments for all my dental needs. I always arrive early to my appointments, but the wait is very minimal before I get called back and there is very little to no wait for the dentist to come in and begin explaining what is being done, how it is being done and why it is being done. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but since I have transferred to Smith Dental I no longer have severe dreaded anxiety about going to the dentist. Highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Everything was handled very promptly. Starting with my last minute request for a reschedule, the front desk called me back right away to notify me of options as soon as new slots opened up. The checkin once I got there was quick and easy and Carly, the hygienist was fantastic and did an excellent job with her 'light touch' ensuring a painless experience. And as always, Dr. Erik was thorough and comprehensive with his exam and explanations. Highly recommend.
