Smith Dental was one of very few dentist clinics open on Friday’s. They responded the very next business day to my online appointment request. Got me in for my first appointment very quickly. They have always been very friendly and compassionate with me. I see Dr Eric Smith and he is a very amazing dentist. I told him how I wanted to do my treatment plan, why I wanted to do it my way and he didn’t fight me about it. He suggested a few changes but the changes he suggested turned what would have been at least 5 appointments in to 3 appointments for all my dental needs. I always arrive early to my appointments, but the wait is very minimal before I get called back and there is very little to no wait for the dentist to come in and begin explaining what is being done, how it is being done and why it is being done. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but since I have transferred to Smith Dental I no longer have severe dreaded anxiety about going to the dentist. Highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Smith Dental is the best! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They got me in to see the dentist the very next day when l called. They fixed my issues and l was pleasantly surprised to find it cost me a whole lot less than l expected. I definitely will be using them in the future.

Everything was handled very promptly. Starting with my last minute request for a reschedule, the front desk called me back right away to notify me of options as soon as new slots opened up. The checkin once I got there was quick and easy and Carly, the hygienist was fantastic and did an excellent job with her 'light touch' ensuring a painless experience. And as always, Dr. Erik was thorough and comprehensive with his exam and explanations. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Smith Dental in Forest Grove for years — and there’s a reason for that! The entire team is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly flexible with scheduling. I’ve seen a few different dentists over the years, and most recently, I saw Dr. Orr, whose personality and sense of humor made the experience a true 10/10.nnI had to get numbing shots in my gums, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with what’s usually a not-so-fun procedure. Dr. Orr was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. A couple of days later, his assistant even called to check in and see how I was feeling — such a thoughtful touch that really shows how much they care.nnEvery visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Smith Dental has that genuine small-town feel with top-notch care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
