I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. Now I have been twice in a couple of weeks. And will be going back in a couple of weeks. Charro is a wonderful hygienist and Dr Taylor is such a soft spoken caring dentist. Front desk employees are great as well. I'm so happy with this office and will now stay on top of my dental health. Thank you to all of you.

I had my teeth cleaned by Thida today, and she is an outstanding hygienist. She is extremely thorough and makes sure everything is done with great attention to detail. What I appreciate most is her gentle technique—she never applies too much pressure or causes discomfort, which I’ve experienced with other office hygienists in the past.nnThida is very attentive and thoughtful. She remembers past conversations, which makes each visit feel more personal and welcoming. She always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable and seems to anticipate what I need during the appointment.nShe is truly a great addition to Dr. Taylor’s team. I also appreciate how accommodating she was when I had to cancel last minute due to illness—she made the effort to help find another appointment that fit my schedule. I’m very grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

Absolutely amazing experience at Springwoods Market Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs so smoothly. Dr. Taylor has the best bedside manner and immediately makes you feel comfortable like you’re talking to a friend instead of just going to a dental appointment. I honestly wish I had found him sooner. He reminds me so much of my dentist growing up, kind, patient, trustworthy, and someone who truly cares about his patients. The entire staff took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to create a stress free experience. So thankful I found this office and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had a long dental journey with extractions, Invisalign, implants, and crowns, and I’m really glad I chose Dr. Taylor. From the beginning, everything was explained clearly, which made the process much less stressful.nA special shoutout goes to the dental assistant, Amanda, she definitely made a difference in my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things in a simple way. She always took the time to walk me through what to expect, answer questions, and make sure I felt comfortable moving forward. That level of communication is so important, especially when you’re committing to a long term treatment plan and every step is seems like a big step.nDr. Taylor and his entire team is professional, and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and his team.
