My hygienist is wonderful and caring. I came in to get my 6 month check-up and found that I had an infection in my gums so they had to take x-rays and then inject some powder antibiotic. She was so sorry to have me in pain and was so concerned with how I was doing. I have been coming to Dr. Bailey for over 30 years now and will miss him terribly when he retires. I hope that one of the other doctors are so caring of their patients. Good work, everyone from reception to dentist. all are wonderful and very professional.

I had a tooth ache and needed to be seen. Heather was super friendly and worked hard to get me an appointment quickly. My dentist Dr. Jacob's was very thorough. She didn't want me to spend money on restoring a tooth that might not be able to be saved. Imaging proved her correct. The tooth had to be pulled. The extraction wasn't fun but the next day I had very little pain which was surprising. Sylvan is a great dental office. They are all friendly and professional and I would recommend Dr. Jacobs.

The staff at Sylvan Valley Dental are friendly & helpful. The facility is clean & the location is convenient. My dental hygienist, Debra is very thorough & gentle-and explains what she is doing as she proceeds. Dr. Lorch makes his patients feel at ease… I am impressed by this dental office.

Ashley is the one that cleans our teeth and she is great. Dr. Lorch is always friendly and let us know if we need anything additional. The girls up front are so friendly and knowledgeable and do their best to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Was disappointed to learn AFTER the visit that the x-rays were barely covered by insurance. New ones were taken because they couldn't open the ones sent from the previous dentist, but they didn't try to follow up on them until the day before the appointment.nnOther than that, everything was great.
