I had a very positive experience in my first time visiting Dr Wong’s dental office . All dental employees were professional and displayed a on going caring concern for my well being. All exams were done efficiently and professionally. Dr Lee was outstanding in her examination of my dental issues and advice. Ali was also outstanding with the entire process of work to be administered and costs and options. Overall, a great experience at a dental office. I was impressed with Dr Wong and her staff for showing me proficiency, professionalism, and warm welcome the first visit. Dr Wong listen very carefully to my questions and did a very thorough examination of my teeth. Also I really enjoyed talking with her billing representative. She showed me all the work I would need done on my teeth and how much my insurance would pay, then how much I would be required to pay. She also recommended a interest free credit card to help me make my payments.
