Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental, the location is very close to my house and that's one of the reasons I chose this location. I was taken care of at the front desk for my insurance by Ashley who was a young professional PEC. I also went into getting x-rays as routine practice for new patients and Jovanna, the Dental Assistant, took care of that, she was also very professional and articulate. I met Dr. Chowdhury who looked at my overall health and the health of my teeth. After that, on the last stop, Jun, the Dental Hygienist, did a wonderful job. Very detailed and very friendly.nI enjoyed my first experience with Aspen Dental and I look forward to continuing seeing everyone there at least every six months. I was very impressed with the staff and management and not to forget Samantha, the Office Manager, who was very friendly, very professional and doing a great job.

Today, Dr. Chowdhury worked a miracle. I went from pain above level 10 and walked out with just a little pressure and and minimal pain. I appreciate him taking the time to for me in for an emergency dental treatment. He offered a variety of services and he just took his time. His assistant was so patient with me even though I was not as patient with her while in pain. She remained calm and provided comfort throughout my visit. I appreciate them for their services. This actually was my best visit at Aspen Dental.

I had a problem develop and contacted them as my previous dentist is in a different city. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. I must say it was a great experience. The staff wasnvery friendly, Beth In particular. I was promptly examined thoroughly, not only for my problem tooth but for any other issues I might have. The work needed and associated cost was given to me without any pressure to have the work scheduled to be done. The pricing is in line with what I have paid for similar procedures in the past.nnThe technology they used during an exam was more modern than any I have experienced before. They obviously have the latest technology.nnThey truly deserve a five star rating

I absolutely love Aspen Dental in Cumming,GA. The reception personnel are kind, friendly and very calming. Samantha is great at making things happen! Dr. Chowdhury is fantastic, very talented, knowledgeable and through. His assistant Daniel is awesome, reassuring and very professional. He made my journey less stressful and was a rock for me while in the chair. My beautiful teeth were made by Caesar the Lab Technician that has mastered the art. I’m very happy with the team there and won’t go anywhere else. If you’re in need of any dental service I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!! You won’t regret it.

Right away when I entered the front door I was greeted with warm smiles. Kim called me back and took all of my X-rays and then took me back for my initial exam. Jun came and walked me through everything he saw before Dr. Chowdhury came in. The Dr. was very pleasant and explained what he and his team could do for me. Jun then took me to have my initial cleaning done. He was such a nice young man and very thorough with next steps conversation. Then I was handed over to the office manager Samantha. She was outstanding and very thorough as well. She worked with me to set up next step appointments and worked hard for the last 2 days to get my insurance figured out. Growing up in a military family I've always had bad opinions on the dentist office. These people made me feel comfortable and welcome. It's ok to not be ok. But if your mouth is not ok this is the place to go!
