Today was my first time coming to Aspen Dental in Marion. I went in and had to take my 5 year old with me. The receptionist immediately gave him a color page and engaged in conversation with him as I was juggling paperwork. When we went back for X-rays they let him steal half their mints and sit at a desk while I was getting looked at. Seeing the hygienist and debris was rather a pretty quick experience they got right to the point and told me exactly what was going on which I appreciated. When it came time to discuss my dental plan, the office manager was thorough and super sweet. She understood I needed the treatments in the dental plan, but also helped me choose the most important to start with and that I could financially afford with care credit. My appointments are also scheduled to be done in the next two weeks which is amazing. I have not been able to get into any other dentist in months.. Overall, I’ve never met a medical office that was more kid friendly and seem to be understanding in any situation. I appreciated the fact that even bringing my child in, not have been to a dentist in 10 years, and given my financial situation, they were all very nonjudgmental human beings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will also update when I get more work done.

Colleen is purely amazing! I wish she had been my dental hygienist for years past. She makes sure I am comfortable the entire time and gives great dental tips tailored to me. Staff was great!!! The first appointment the dental assistant was super sweet! I came back today and had multiple teeth removed. Tiara and Brittany were super sweet!!! Dr. Robinson was amazing!!! He walked me through the whole process and was super funny!!! Tiff that helped him was super sweet also!!! Cant thank you guys enough!

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental.nColleen cleaned my teeth and made me feel very relaxed, and cared enough to check to make sure I was doing okay.nAll of the staff was awesome and friendly. I arrived to my appointment early, it didn’t seem too terribly busy when I got to my appointment. I was checked in quickly and kindly and had a lovely interaction with the office staff, both when it came to updating insurance and when discussing payment and procedures that would occur in my treatment plan. I waited to be seen by the doctor for a few X-rays and assessments for over an hour but the office staff was so kind to me and helped me quell my anxiety on my treatment plan. Miss Colleen was oh so kind and enthusiastic about having me as a patient on Thursday January 22nd and for that I’m very grateful. As my time spent there was more than 3 hours it was hard to believe I could be fit in as a patient towards the end of the day. My appointment was at 3 and I wasn’t seen by the doctor until around 4:40pm and I didn’t receive treatment until around 6pm. I expected that a high volume of patients occurred during this time. I was given a hygienic oral treatment by Miss Colleen, she was incredibly sweet and thoughtful of my sensitive teeth and made sure I was doing well and that I was comfortable. The process felt fairly quick and painless. Over all I enjoyed my visit due to the office staff and Miss Colleen. Thank you!
