She took the time to answer all of my questions and is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly knows what she is doing and ensures everything is done right.nThe entire office staff is wonderful. Jasmine at the front desk and Hannah are always so kind and helpful. Ines is the best hygienist I have ever worked with! I leave every cleaning feeling like I have brand-new teeth.nI also really appreciate the appointment reminders by email and phone. With my busy schedule, that level of care means a lot and helps me stay on track. I needed a tooth pulled and had unique circumstances with this tooth. They did a wonderful job considering It was a hard tooth to pull and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The dentist Justin Chow, DMD, and the whole team were great. I highly recommend this specific location if you’re in the Medford area.

Tanya the hygienist performed a very general and yet thorough teeth cleansing for my extreme sensitive teeth due to gum recession. She wipe out any water that splashed outside of my mouth every time. I feel like she is detail oriented and caring. She also reminded me to wear my night guide to sleep to prove shifting after straighten my teeth. Also I didn’t have to wait for long to stat my appointment this time unlike the other time which I had to wait for a long time last time.
