Dr. Awadallah is an outstanding dentist and truly exceptional at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes the time to make sure every procedure is done with care and precision. She always explains everything thoroughly and makes her patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing the best dental care possible. On top of that, her staff is always kind and welcoming, and the office is consistently spotless and clean. I had a great experience at this office. Deziree did my X-rays and was amazing she explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was very professional throughout the visit. They told me my procedure was covered but then they made a clerical error and ran my old insurance. Due to this clerical error, I had a 2000 dollar bill for a procedure I would not have gotten done. I will absolutely never return here, this is just burying me deeper into medical debt. This is so wrongnEdit: I contacted corporate and they reduced my bill to 90 dollars and stated it was covered by my insurance at the time of the procedure. I plan to resume services with them since I never had any issues with the dental care provided. I would just recommend maybe more training to the billing people at this location because they said “corporate wouldn’t help me and would say the same thing they were saying” but corporate office was actually very helpful and when they did a review they found the mistake I was referring to.
