I had such a wonderful experience at Reservoir Commons Dental in Mansfield, and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole, the hygienist. My children actually saw her first, which made my own visit even more meaningful. My younger one is very interested in dental treatments and completely unbothered, and Nicole met his curiosity with confidence and ease. My older child, on the other hand, is extremely sensitive and anxious, and Nicole was extraordinary with them — carefully adjusting the tools she used, being thoughtful about pacing, and intentionally limiting how much she did in one visit so they never felt overwhelmed. Her attunement and flexibility made such a difference for them.nnWhen it was my turn, I experienced that same level of care firsthand. Nicole’s bedside manner is exceptional — warm, intuitive, and genuinely human. She has an incredible ability to read the room, tuning into her patient’s mood and interests effortlessly, which immediately put me at ease. I also deeply appreciated how much she educated me throughout the appointment. She explained things clearly, thoughtfully, and without judgment, empowering me with real knowledge about maintaining my oral health — which I absolutely love.nnDr.s Hanna & Liang were also incredibly gentle and kind. Always a great experience. The office staff are cheerful and welcoming and Dr. Liang is first-rate. I have been a patient for ten or fifteen years and I have absolutely no plans to change dentists. I am happy with this group.

I've been looking for a new dentist since my dentist retired. I really like this place, everything about it! On my first visit I was impressed. Everyone is so friendly, peaceful and patient! I actually look forward to going back!

Dr Liang and her staff are super friendly and welcoming.. I get anxious when going to the dentist. Always have. But not here. They are so gentle and welcoming I feel extremely at ease here.
