I had such a wonderful experience at Reservoir Commons Dental in Mansfield, and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole, the hygienist. My children actually saw her first, which made my own visit even more meaningful. My younger one is very interested in dental treatments and completely unbothered, and Nicole met his curiosity with confidence and ease. My older child, on the other hand, is extremely sensitive and anxious, and Nicole was extraordinary with them — carefully adjusting the tools she used, being thoughtful about pacing, and intentionally limiting how much she did in one visit so they never felt overwhelmed. Her attunement and flexibility made such a difference for them.nnWhen it was my turn, I experienced that same level of care firsthand. Nicole’s bedside manner is exceptional — warm, intuitive, and genuinely human.
