My Dentist appointment was on a Saturday afternoon and all of my Dental care was completed and done by friendly staff. Great Job, I’m a Happy Patient. Thanks!

My wisdom tooth was bothering me so much, I had gone to 2-3 other offices and they all told me I needed an Oral Surgeon specialist for it but when I did my consult here, the Dr said no specialist was needed and she was able to take my tooth out. Not only did they save me some money from seeing a specialist but the Dr took the tooth out so quick and easy. The staff was amazing and I definitely would recommend this office! Not sure what all these bad reviews are about but they don’t do this office justice! Great place Thank you to Alyssa who explained my treatment so well. My father was referred to this office for an endodontist procedure as his main office (Tustin) does not offer one. During his initial appointment, Dr. Lim was thorough and professional. We really appreciated that he did not make any of the process feel rushed.nnMy father's second appointment was with Dr. Ali. We decided to return here for the restoration procedure, instead of his main doctor, based off the positive first visit. While we waited for the doctor, we encountered an off-putting experience with a staff member, Roberta, who walked in to set up the room and treated me disrespectfully for being present during my father's appointment. I was taken back as her negative behavior did not seem up to par with the rest of the staff. We have met three receptionists and two dental assistants who were all very kind and professional. Roberta seemed to have no respect, education, or professional experience in handling medical support for guardians or elderly patients. The situation felt condescending and undignified - it was not aligned with the quality we anticipated based on the previous visit.nnAfter meeting Dr. Ali, my father felt compelled to justify my presence and explained I was there per his request. I also felt obligated to explain my position as his professional and financial advocate after the way Roberta had treated me. Dr. Ali was a true professional and handled everything with quality and care. He and his assistant were well organized, offered great communication and showed strong work ethic. My father was happy with the dental assistant's professionalism and compassionate care, as well as doctor's impressive Spanish and bedside manner. The unfortunate encounter seems to be a one-off, isolated incident that might just require some proper training. Above all, we are looking forward to transferring my father to long-term, primary care to this office. Not to mention, the staff here is extremely transparent, accurate and knowledgeable with the billing aspect. Kathy and Alyssa have been so helpful and efficient, they have such great personalities!
