I can’t express how happy and blessed I feel about my experience with everyone at Aspen Dental.nI was treated with such respect, kindness and most importantly to me, dignity. From the lady who helped me set up my appointment over the phone, to the receptionist who checked me in, the wonderful ladies who did all of my X-rays, the doctor himself, the hygienist, the gentleman who examined my gums and especially the amazing office manager who helped me figure out my finances to help get my oral health and especially my smile back. Honestly, everyone was so amazing and made me feel so much better than I how I felt walking in to my appointment today.nI had sadly neglected my oral health for a lot of my adult life due to, well life … my personal circumstances and financial situations, etc and my mouth is a mess!nI have felt reluctant to smile and embarrassed many of these past many years and was very nervous coming in to my appt today. I was concerned about feeling judged and not for one moment did I feel that. Instead, I left there feeling cared about, confident and hopeful.nI’m so thankful to ALL of the staff for my experience today and it’s only been my first appointment.nThank you so much from the bottom of my heart, truly! By far one of the BEST experiences at a dental office! Everyone was so comforting and compassionate about my dental anxiety. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years due to a previous experience (which I thought would scar me for life) but i knew i needed to go because i was having horrible pain and could not push it off any longer. Honestly wow! From the front staff when i walked in to the dental assistants with my xrays and asking me if I needed anything (from water to a blanket) the hygienist and doctor helped me understand the risks i was taking by neglecting my teeth and be so kind about everything due to my previous experience. They were able to get me out of pain by extracting that tooth the very same day! I mean everyone was so patient and warm! I by far could not recommend anywhere else to go but here! Thank you all so much!
