I had a dental emergency today and contacted Aspen immediately. I was provided with an appt within the hour All staff were extremely professional, kind and patient.nAll reassured me my matter would be resolved and helped me understand all my options to address a treatment plan and cost.nI cannot express how thankful I am for all they did for me today. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Niskayuna for dental needs. If you need to go to an Aspen Dental, or any dentist, really, go to this one. I had this specific Aspen Dental recommended by several different people on a LGBTQIA+ Group on Facebook and now I know why.nThey are so overwhelmingly kind and nonjudgmental. They were funny and gentle with me. The financing options are positive and there is no shame, they actively work with you to get the cost to what you can afford because they clearly want you to have the best dental health possible.nIt also matters to me how kind they are to each other, my main person was still in training and everyone was so kind to her as she asked questions to the other staff around her.nThis was a phenomenal first experience back at the dentist for the first time in 10+ years. I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this office and the entire team. I came in extremely anxious and overwhelmed, and from the moment I walked through the door everyone treated me with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. Not once did I feel judged or rushed. I experience a great deal of dental phobia and I was dreading a root canal. In the past I have avoided it for so long I ended up needing extractions. I did not want to keep going down that road so I entrusted Dr. Tucker and her assistant to get me back on a path of wellness. I can not remember his name, but he was very bubbly, kind, and caring. He apologized for the wait time, but in my eyes that's a green flag when a dentist office doesn't rush. Both Dr Tucker and the assistant had a great sense of humor and got me to laugh before the procedure, which really helped my nerves. The procedure was not nearly as bad as I anticipated and went by with ease. The healing was fast and I feel pain free. My inflammation in my gums are gone. I got my restoration done and feel very confident for the outcome of my tooth. I will definitely be going back to see Dr Tucker If I need additional root canals after my check up.
