I want to share how incredibly pleased I was with the customer service I received. Louanne, Nicole, and Cowan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They were attentive, kind, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent service. This was our second visit to Gentle Dental and we felt that they were organized and ready for our visit. Veronica, the dental assistant, is very personable and makes you feel comfortable as she asks questions to get to know you and to understand any fears or resistance you might have to the cleaning procedures. She adjusted her plans for future visits as our conversation revealed some roadblocks on the way to reaching our treatment plan. Each change was welcome and reduced any resistance to the day’s teeth cleaning. She adjusted the plan to finish two visits in this one. Even planning for more frequent cleanings was seen as a positive, since that would mean more visits with the understanding and efficient Veronica. We’ll be returning next week for fillings and look forward to that experience. We definitely find this dental practice to be Gentle Dental.

I had to switch dentists when I went on Medicare. After trying a few others who seemed like car salesmen, I chose Gentle Dental. I was impressed with the exam and the friendly, professional staff. Dr. Cowan was thorough and explained everything clearly. I recently had two crowns done for hairline fractures (which he showed me in a photo). My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and I was taken back promptly. The procedure was painless, and I was out by 11:30 AM. My mouth didn't even feel numb for long. On my cleaning appointment, the hygienist was great and recommended an Oral-B toothbrush, which I love! Nicole at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Gentle Dental!

Highly recommend! I had a few cavities that needed to be done and as usual I was nervous because usually getting cavities filled is a very painful ordeal. But I can pleasantly say I actually felt nothing, no pain, no rough pressure. It was actually very easy going. I've never had an experience like that before, normally it's unpleasant and painful but they are very gentle and it was painless! Also the staff is very nice and genuinely helpful, 5 out of 5 experience for sure!
