I was very impressed with my first visit with Neibauer Dentist. Everyone was very professional. There was hardly any waiting time. Everything move along very well. The dentist explained what I needed to get done. I especially loved the hygienist. She explained everything to me. Some of it I was familiar and some new. She took the necessary time needed to do a good job to give me a thorough cleaning. Thank you to all the staff a job well done.

Customer service was great. The Dr. was very nice, efficient and caring. I love when doctors ask if I have any questions. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. The hygienist used black floss and I had to ask what it was as I didn’t know floss came in other colors. Since I was introduced to it and loved how it felt, I’ll be switching my current floss usage. Thanks for a great appointment. See you in six months!

I especially want to give an exceptional review for Dr. Erika Gray. Her pleasant disposition and gentle voice put me at ease. When speaking about the condition of my teeth, her words revealed her sensitivity to people and were affirming and encouraging.
