Love it here ! I’ve been hating the dentist all my life. This dentist really changed that for me. I was referred here by my mom who worked with Philip Farzad about 20 years ago. She always had positive things to say about him and his work was always admired by her. When I found out I needed cosmetic work done, the first thing she did was find Philip Farzads clinic online because she knew he would be the best for the job but most importantly she knew he was honest with his work. I have to say how amazing Dr. Farzad is and the staff. The receptionist are so sweet and they work WITH YOU which is such a plus for someone who has an inconsistent and busy schedule like I do.😅 The dental assistant Alejandra is amazing. She works so hard and is also very experienced they need to put a “Dr.” before her name asap ! AhahanFarzad has a wonderful personality and genuinely wants what’s best for his parents which is sadly so hard to find ANYWHERE these days ! He explained everything to me every step of the way to ease my anxiety. While at one of my visits at the clinic , I got to meet his daughter Colette who is also studying dentistry. She was just as welcoming and passionate as her father and the staff who work with him. My 11 year old daughter really enjoyed talking to her while she waited for me. 😅 my experience here has been nothing but the best. I am genuinely so thankful for them. I had a really great experience at Farzad Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel away right away. Dr. Farzad is extremely professional and patient, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety.nnThe office is clean, modern, and very well-organized. I came in for treatment and was impressed with how smooth and pain-free the entire process was. You can tell they truly care about their patients and focus on quality work.nnIf you’re looking for a dentist in Encino, I would definitely recommend this office. Dr. Farzad is amazing! I came in with a lot of pain, and before I knew it, the pain was completely gone. He was gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Alejandra is amazing as well — so kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. Dr Farzad helped me in an emergency and treated me with such kindness and care. The entire staff went out of their way to navigate financing. As a senior, my phone skills aren't the best and their knowledge and kindness was much appreciated.nI'm so glad I called them. Most importantly, my broken bridge is being replaced in record time.
