Just became a patient of Dr. Haile. Very pleased with my choice so far. Had a great first visit on 6/4/26 for my 6 month preventive visit.n~ The ladies at the front desk were so professional & very friendly which created a positive first impression of Dr. Haile’s office. Wait time was very short. The office and colorful exam rooms were very clean. Brooke was my hygienist who was so personable, thorough & gentle. Dr Haile presented himself as very classy, friendly and has a gentle mannerism which is comforting to me as I have a lot of anxiety being in a dentist’s office. 😵‍💫nHe took his time and was thorough in examining my teeth, and asking about any concerns I had.n~ I left feeling confident with my new choice of dental office and had my husband call the same day to make a future appointment to be seen.

My wife and I truly enjoy the professionalism of the staff here at South Lake Family Dental. The doctor does an excellent job and as you can see in the photo, my new teeth look amazing! Everyone here is extremely courteous and friendly and I highly recommend this practice for all of your dental needs. Come check them out.

The young lady that did my cleaning was Excellent!! I’ve never had someone take such time and dedication to care for my teeth. She did all the stuff that was supposed to be done to me in the past. The other people that had did my cleaning always rushed through and didn’t really do the professional care I got today!! I really want this young woman every time I come!! She was very sweet caring and kind person! And I’ve always loved my Dentist there!! Glad you had some staff changes!! You needed it!!

Staff is polite and very professional! I enjoy all of my office visits.nnNote: Not the staff's fault however, air conditioning in the facility never keeps the waiting room at a comfortable temperature.
