I took my mother-in-law to have her wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist Greg and his dental assistant Maria did a spectacular job. They are two great professionals who work flawlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs perfect dental work. Thank you very much.

I’ve had such a great experience at Traverse Mountain Family Dental. Dr. Spilsbury takes the time to get to know you and makes every appointment feel calm and comfortable. He has a lot of experience, including time as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force. The staff is super warm and welcoming, and they’re very gentle during cleanings. The office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized, and every visit feels easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My dentist is the best. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was also very gentle fixing my tooth. I was a little bit nervous because I have not seen a dentist for a while but my dentist was so nice. I would recommend him any time to anyone. Thank you so much.

EDIT: Traverse Family Dental reached out and totally remedied the situation. I have changed the review back to 5 starsnnI have loved every experience up to this point. Today I had a not so great hygienist. He started off by saying he just got his license and was new to the office so I was going to be his guinea pig... and that i was. He was all over the place during the cleaning, a couple times I felt like he was going to stab me in the eye with the tool cause he was preoccupied with something else while holding it above my face. I left literally covered in toothpaste splashes. It was in my hair, clear down on my thighs of my sweat suit, shirt and on my eyelids. I felt like I got waterboarded with the water, had to wife my entire face off as it was dripping, and during flossing i had to stop him and the floss actually got stuck in my tooth and he just kept yanking. I went home and had to floss again. I said no to xrays and he did them anyway, (ill be getting the bill for that im sure) It just felt like he needed a lot more practice.nI really like this office, and would hate for this hygenist to cause a bad rap. I know you get good by practicing and I can deal with a little clunkiness but man....

I switched to Tracerse Miuntain dental because I felt my other provider was being a little sketchy on billing. I did not get that impression at TMD. The service was great, they explained everything thoroughly and didn’t promise any pricing for needed work and took care of pre approval paperwork. So far, my experience is wonderful! My daughter worked next door at the irtho office and she recommended them because she felt they were honest and fair as she interacted with them.
