I had a great experience at this clinic. I came in for a dental cleaning, and everything was done really well — very thorough and professional.nnElena, the specialist who did my cleaning, was excellent. You can really tell she has a lot of experience (around 30 years), and she worked very carefully and attentively.nnThe doctor was also very polite and took the time to explain everything to me. They did X-rays, walked me through the results, and provided a clear treatment plan, which I really appreciated.nnThe front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming — always smiling and easy to communicate with. It’s also easy to reach the office by phone, which is a big plus.nnOverall, everything went smoothly, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Definitely a great experience.

I am very happy to have found Concierge Dentistry. Everyone I have worked with there has been truly friendly and professional. I had kind of a backlog of care and procedures that I needed so I have had some actual work done with them. I have been happy with all aspects of the work. I have worked with Dr. Grossman and Dr. Danesh and have found both to have excellent “bedside manner” while also being efficient and skilled.nThe main reason I left my previous dentist is that I started to feel like I was being sold and upsold on procedures, and I was having to question and decline things. I do not feel upsold at all at Concierge and that is important to me. Lastly, businesses are made of People, and I have found everyone there to be fully trustable and friendly and warm. I highly recommend this practice.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Jay S. Grossman. He is kind, helpful, and truly ethical. I consulted him about several issues, and he helped me save money by giving honest, straightforward advice. I never felt pressured to do unnecessary treatments or buy anything I didn’t need. He shares his professional opinion clearly and directly, without being evasive. I trust him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist.

Dr Danesh and the whole crew are absolutely wonderful. Great attention to detail, Caring and very convenient. If you’re looking for a great dentist and excellent care than Concierge Dentistry is the place to go (I know it sounds like an ad, but that’s how I feel after four years of being a patient) 🙂

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.

How Dental Emergencies Happen in Bel Air

Life in Bel Air is defined by the quiet seclusion of the Santa Monica Mountains, where winding roads lead to peaceful retreats like the Stone Canyon Reservoir or the elegant grounds of the Hotel Bel-Air. Whether you are enjoying the panoramic views of the basin or the lush, wooded trails that surround our hillsides, an active or busy lifestyle can occasionally lead to an unexpected crisis. A sudden trip while navigating steep terrain or an accidental impact during a morning jog can instantly result in a broken tooth or severe tooth pain. When a dental emergency strikes, you need immediate, reliable care right here in your own neighborhood. Local care ensures you get the relief you need quickly without the added stress of traveling down into the busy city for help.

Severe toothaches, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, lost crowns or fillings, abscesses, or swelling that affects your ability to eat, speak, or breathe.

What should I do if my tooth is knocked out?

Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and keep it moist in milk or saliva. Bring it to your appointment immediately.

How can I relieve a severe toothache until my appointment?

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever and apply a cold compress. Avoid placing aspirin directly on your gums.

Do you accept my dental insurance plan?

Most insurance plans are accepted. Call ahead to confirm coverage and benefits.

What are your hours for emergency appointments?

We offer same-day and extended hours for urgent needs. Contact us to be connected to the right dentist, then contact their office to check availability.

What if my dental emergency happens after hours?

Many emergency dentists offer 24/7 availability or extended hours. If your emergency occurs late at night, check whether an emergency dentist is open nearby, or go to the ER if you have severe pain, swelling, or trauma.

Can you treat a cracked or chipped tooth?

Yes, our dentists can restore or repair damaged teeth to prevent further complications.

Will I need a follow-up appointment?

Some emergencies require additional visits for permanent treatment, such as crowns or root canals.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, our dentists prioritize same-day scheduling whenever possible.

How do I get the fastest care?

For the fastest care, call us first, and we’ll connect you with the right dentist in Bel Air.
