Today was a good day. The staff at Family Dental of Lancaster is always pleasant to me. Dr. Karla did my abstraction and she was very gentle and got the job done in removing the root of a broken tooth. It was a quick and painless experience for me. My experiences with Dr. Karla are always a stress free experience. Her assistant was very helpful and attentive in knowing exactly what doctor Karla needed without the doctor’s telling her. They both were great today. I appreciate their patience and services today! Thank you ladies for your professionalism.

Francisco, the hygienist, and all of the other staff were incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of my questions whenever I had concerns. Everyone was in great spirits, which really helped put me at ease. Francisco and the rest of the team consistently checked on me throughout my procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which made the entire experience feel reassuring and well cared for. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dentist and making this my permanent dental office!

I brought my daughter in for her appointment with Dr. Josh and Hygienist Roxane, and I am so grateful for how kind and patient they both were. Roxane made my daughter feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in, explaining everything gently and keeping her calm throughout the cleaning. Dr. Josh was just as amazing — very friendly, attentive, and great at talking to kids. They both took their time and made sure my daughter felt safe and cared for.

rinse, repeatnThe office staff should confirm insurance approval before scheduling. I had to cancel a second appointment because approval wasn’t in place. It’s an hour drive each way for me and wastes time, transportation, and resources. This overbooking clogs multiple systems. Confirming approvals beforehand would reduce unnecessary stress and environmental impact.nnIf you look up the company, they market themselves as not being “cookie-cutter.” However, in my experience, the process felt standardized and impersonal. I hope they align their actions with the personalized care they advertise.nplease see yelp reviewnnand how many times have I edited this one now?n💜👀nOne of the other reviewers says that Francisco is working there now if it's the Guapo charmer, I'm thinking about... oh goody goody 💋💋I like him

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.
