I have been here a few times over the years. all of the staff are nice at the minimum, the front end has always been wonderful, and I've never had any work done turn out bad for me so far. Not to say that the staff in the back are lacking, of course. Even the dentists and specialists are polite and understanding, which from my experience is rare.nnAnytime I've had scheduling issues they've worked with me diligently to find a suitable workaround. No matters who's at fault, if you give them a call or come visit the front desk you will get a resolution.nnMy only real complaints are more to do with Aspen Dentals policies than the actual workforce.nnYOU MUST PAY IN FULL TO BE SCHEDULED.nnThis is bad, in my opinion, because you usually do not need to do this for your typical first visit (setting up your treatment plan / x-rays / such and such).nnIf you can't work it out with billing (who will do their best to help you) then you'll be stuck looking elsewhere for your needs.nnOverall I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for kind, patient staff and experienced dental professionals.nnAs a final note, always remember to brush and floss. It's like getting an oil change, or taking a shower, but for your mouth.

I was in need of an emergency denture repair and they got me in within one hour. Everyone from the front desk and on was super nice. The girl who took my x-rays, the dental hygienist Georgeanna, the doctor and Tyler who explained the treatment plan cost to me for other issues were all just so friendly and kind. I was really impressed with the hygienist Georgeanne because she explained exactly what I had been dealing with and what I needed done in a way that I could fully understand. I’d been told I needed a deep cleaning but it was never explained in a way that helped me understand exactly why and what it would accomplish. They weren’t pushy at all and I’d go back there in a heartbeat.

Leslie and dr mo r the best very patient and polite and went over everything with me and explained everything that needed to be done. They didn’t look down on me or rude even though I was embarrassed because of my teeth. Dr mo was so sweet and extremely helpful with getting my partial fixed and going over what needs to be done and how many teeth and how long the whole process will take. They didn’t pressure me or anything. I felt very comfortable. I have been coming here for a few years and new employees and they are all so supportive and kind. I recommend aspen dental to anyone.

I love the inverness office. Shout out to Sharon, Tyler and Dr. Lee. I got my top dentures here and my husband is getting his done now. Sharon is amazing with a heart of gold, and helps you through the entire process. Positive attitudes across the board. Thank you Aspen Dental Inverness.

I haven't been to a dentist in quite a while and was definitely nervous about going. I had a great experience. From the time I walked in the door and was met by Rachel, followed by going with Dee to have my X-rays and exam, to sitting with Tyler and working on a dental plan that fit with my finances, my experience was great. I am excited about going back and taking care of my teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Inverness!

Why You Shouldn’t Wait to Schedule an Emergency Dentist Visit

Delaying dental care can turn a small issue into a serious one. Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something is wrong, and ignoring it often leads to bigger problems, such as infection or tooth loss. Promptly treating an emergency not only protects your health but also helps you avoid more complex and costly procedures in the future.
