I hadn’t been able to get in to a dentist for three years back where we live in Georgia! Life and motherhood kept getting in the way and regular dental cleanings had taken a back seat. I was able to get in within a one-day notice for a tooth that had been bothering me as well as a cleaning later that week during my short stay here in Cave Creek. I was so impressed by the care given from the check-in process to the two hygienists that saw me as well as Dr Fullards attention to detail and warm demeanor. I was treated like a person, always given informed consent, and my care was specified for my individual needs and goals. This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had! Thank you!

I have been to many different dental offices throughout my life, and this one is definitely one of the best! I always feel very comfortable and well taken care of during my visits. The staff is AMAZING, and I loved working with Dr. Fletcher. I find her to be very knowledgeable and skilled in her practice. I probably have more root canals and dental work than most people reading this. I have been using a dentist clear across town for years now, because he was referred to me by another dentist friend as her dentist. And while he is spectacular, it's a really far drive to downtown Phoenix.nnI have passed by Black Mountain Dentist Cave Creek for a long time and I have read all of the glowing reviews for the North Phoenix dental practice. Recently I broke a crown and had to have it replaced. I'm always concerned about anybody doing that type of work because I want the tooth to match and these reviews don't always tell you much about someone's skill set in a specific regard like that. So, here I am.nnFirst off, everybody in the practice is competent, friendly, organized, on top of things, super nice and truly caring about your comfort.nnThe office is actually huge and has many accommodations to make even the least excited dental patient comfortable throughout their appointment.nnDr. Fletcher replaced my crown and it is the first time that when the pain medication wore off I felt zero discomfort. There was no gum irritation, no areas that were scraped that I had to recover from, no pain throughout the entire process.nnI had a concern a couple of days later and Dr. Fletcher personally called me to talk through it as I have another tooth that is bothering me which we had already discussed but I wasn't taking into account during my last visit.nnDr. Fletcher is a wonderful, professional, caring and knowledgeable dentist.nnIf you have been putting off a visit, definitely book with them right away. You will be glad that you did and that Cave Creek has a truly great dentist in town.

This is a wonderful dentist office and the staff is amazing. So kind and polite. I never felt so comfortable at the dentist before. Highly recommend!!!
